Aleks Barszczewski, founder of ZENT
Aleks founded ZENT out of his own frustration. He wore clear aligners and after every meal faced the same struggle to clean the transparent plastic in all its nooks and crannies.

The market was silent, so he built his own device. In 2024, the ZENT Ultrasonic Cleaner was created, the brand’s first product. He was its first customer.

We start with the problem
A product makes the cut when it solves one specific problem: tonsil stones, a stiff neck, dirty aligners. One device, one job.

We design and test
We develop the design and engineering in-house. We take prototypes apart and test them for weeks in everyday use. We reduced the LED mask’s weight from 300 to 93 g, so you can lie down comfortably while wearing it.

We set up production our way.
Our partners build according to our specifications, from material selection to the smallest construction details. The factory manufactures; we decide.

We take producer responsibility
We issue CE declarations of conformity ourselves, based on test reports. We register our designs in the EU. When you report a fault, we handle it by sending you a replacement.
Most prototypes fail our tests before they get a name.

What the certifications on our boxes really mean.
Some of the markings on the packaging are legally required for every seller. We clearly explain which ones are which.

Mandatory
Safety standard required in the EU. We have to meet it to sell devices anywhere in the Union.
RoHS
Mandatory
Confirms the absence of harmful substances, such as lead and mercury. Also required for sale in the EU.
MD
Medical device
SoniQWave is certified as a medical device. Few products in this category can make that claim.
ISO
Plant feature
The factory producing SoniQWave operates in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards for medical devices.

We design in Poland and keep production under supervision.
We work with factories from the very first batches. We oversee the entire journey before the box reaches your door.

ASIA • 6 FACILITIESFactories assemble the equipment according to our specifications. We’ve known these facilities since we started the business.

Inspection
EVERY BATCHThe batch undergoes quality control before leaving the factory and entering the warehouse.

Storage and shipping
POLAND + USAOrders to customers in Europe ship from our warehouse in Poland. In the United States, shipping is handled by Amazon’s warehouse.
