CONTEST RULES ON INSTAGRAM CALLED "DREAM 10 MINUTES FOR YOURSELF" on the occasion of International Women's Day

The Organizer of the Contest is ZENT sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Sienkiewicza 1, 39-300 Mielec, NIP: 8172214665, REGON: 527891301, registered under number KRS 0001090270 in the 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register in Rzeszów, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
The Contest is conducted according to the rules described in these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with applicable Polish law.
The Contest starts on 28.02.2025 at 10:00 and ends on 04.03.2025 at 23:59:59 Polish time.

Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge.
A natural person (consumer) who:
having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions;
being at least 18 years old;
having a delivery address within Poland;
having a public Instagram profile throughout the Contest period and until the announcement of results (a private profile prevents participation);
completing the Contest Task.
The Contest Task consists of:
by adding a comment under the contest post, in which the participant describes their dream moment of 10 minutes exclusively for themselves – imagining that no limitations exist. In the comment, the participant answers the question: "What would your dream 10 minutes exclusively for you look like?" The participant may optionally tag in the comment a person who inspires them to mindfulness and more frequent pauses in the rush;
the comment must be posted during the Contest period.
A Participant may enter the Contest only once.
The Organizer has the right to reject submissions:
originating from fake accounts,
violating the Instagram service regulations,
containing vulgar, offensive, pornographic, hateful content or infringing the rights of third parties.

The Participant assures that the content of the comment constituting the Contest Task does not infringe the rights or personal interests of the Organizer, third parties, or legal regulations.
The Participant declares that they hold the copyright to the content of the comment.
Based on Article 921 § 3 of the Civil Code, the Organizer acquires a non-exclusive license to the awarded comment upon granting the Prize, without time or territorial limitations, in the following fields of exploitation:
recording and reproducing by any technique;
placing on the market, lending, or renting;
distribution especially on social media, the website, and the Organizer's marketing materials.

Entries are evaluated by the ZENT Marketing Team ("Contest Team").
The Contest Team will select 1 Winner from all valid entries.
Evaluation criteria include: creativity, originality, and compliance with the Contest theme.
The prize in the Contest is one ZENT product chosen by the Winner from the following:

GuaLift™ – advanced thermal drainage and precise facial contouring;

MicroLift™ – visible skin lifting and firming;

SculptWave™ – intensive body firming with RF radio waves and 3D massage.

The Winner chooses a specific product in a private message after the results are announced. The Organizer is not responsible for the availability of the chosen product and, if unavailable, will offer a substitute product of similar value.
The tax rules for the prize are governed by the provisions of the Personal Income Tax Act.
The Winner will be selected on 08.03.2025 (International Women's Day). The Contest results will be announced that day by 6:00 PM on the @zentcare_pl profile in a story and in the description of the contest post.
The Winner will also receive notification of the win via a private message on Instagram.
The condition for awarding the Prize is the Winner sending the data necessary for its shipment within 14 days of the Organizer's contact.
Failure to provide data within the specified deadline will result in selecting another Participant.
The prize will be sent once, at the Organizer's expense, to the address in Poland provided by the Winner.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The Winner may waive it but cannot transfer it to a third party.

The data controller of Participants' personal data is the Organizer.
Personal data is processed based on: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (Participant's consent to participate in the Contest) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (the Organizer's legitimate interest — handling complaints, pursuing claims).
Data will be processed to the extent necessary to conduct the Contest, contact the Winner, send the Prize, and handle any complaints.
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Contest and receive the Prize.
Data will be stored for the duration of the Contest and the limitation period for claims, no longer than 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the Contest was held.
The Participant has the right to: access their data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, transfer data, and withdraw consent.
Consent can be withdrawn by contacting via email: kontakt@zentcare.plWithdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
Data may be transferred to entities providing hosting, accounting, postal services, and public authorities within the limits of the law.
Data is not processed automatically or subject to profiling.

Complaints can be submitted by email to: kontakt@zentcare.pl or by mail to: ZENT sp. z o.o., ul. Sienkiewicza 1, 39-300 Mielec, with the note: "Complaint: Dream 10 minutes for yourself Contest".
Complaints can be submitted during the Contest and up to 14 days after its conclusion.
The Organizer will respond within 14 days from the date of receiving the complaint. The response will be sent to the address provided by the Participant.
A negative decision does not exclude the Participant's right to pursue claims in accordance with applicable law.

The rules come into effect on 28.02.2025.
The Contest is not a game of chance or a promotional lottery as defined by the Act of November 19, 2009 on gambling.
The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues preventing the Participant from completing the Contest Task.
The rules are available throughout the duration of the Contest in the BIO of the @zentcare_pl profile and on the website: zentcare.pl/pages/konkurs-dzien-kobiet
By participating in the Contest, the Participant releases Instagram from all liability related to its organization.
Instagram does not sponsor, administer, or support the Contest.
