Terms and Conditions of the Promotion "Test for 30 Days – Satisfaction or Your Money Back"

§1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") define the rules of the promotional campaign "Test for 30 Days – Satisfaction or Your Money Back" (hereinafter: "Promotion"), which aims to allow the Participant to return the purchased product in case of dissatisfaction, in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms. The organizer of the Promotion is ZENT sp. z o.o., headquartered in Mielec, ul. Sienkiewicza 1, 39-300 Mielec, registered in the National Court Register under number KRS 0001090270, NIP 8172214665, REGON 527891301 (hereinafter: "Organizer"). Contact with the Organizer is possible via e-mail: hello@zentcare.pl or by phone: 666602188. The Promotion is valid within the territory of the Republic of Poland and applies exclusively to products covered by the Promotion (hereinafter: "Promotional Product").

§2. Duration and Place of the Promotion

The Promotion runs from 6.03.2025 to 31.12.2026, and the deadline for submitting return requests is 5.01.2027.
Until 30.07.2025, the Promotion covered Products purchased at official points of sale, including the official online store zentcare.pl and other authorized points of sale indicated by the Organizer.
From 31.07.2025, the Promotion applies exclusively to Products purchased through the Organizer’s official online store available at: www.zentcare.pl.

§3. Participants of the Promotion

The Promotion is open to natural persons with full legal capacity who:

  1. Are consumers within the meaning of the Civil Code, or
  2. Are natural persons conducting business activity, provided the purchase is not for professional purposes.
  3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
  4. The following may not participate in the Promotion:
  5. Legal persons and organizational units without legal personality.
  6. Entrepreneurs making purchases within their professional activity.
  7. Distribution entities cooperating with the Organizer.

§4. Promotion Rules
To participate in the Promotion, you must:
a. Purchase a Promotional Product during the Promotion period at an authorized point of sale.
b. Register the purchase within 5 days from the date of purchase on the website www.zentcare.pl. In case of dissatisfaction with the use of the Promotional Product, the Participant has the right to return the Product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return conditions:
a. The returned Product should be clean, undamaged, unbroken, sent in its original packaging, along with all accessories that were part of the originally purchased Product. The Organizer will accept the return under this promotion only if the Consumer returns all products received as part of the set. Returns of incomplete sets will not be considered under the promotional return, and the consumer will be notified accordingly.
b. The Product must show no signs of damage.
c. The Participant must present proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice).
Return shipping costs are borne by the Participant.

§5. Return Procedure
To exercise the right of return, you must:
a. Fill out the application form available on the website https://zentcare.pl/pages/regulamin-promocji-testuj-przez-30-dni-satysfakcja-albo-zwrot-pieniedzy, providing:

  • Participant’s contact details.
  • Proof of purchase number.
  • Reason for the return.

b. Send the Product to the address:

The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt and verification of the return.

§6. Complaints
Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted during its duration and within 14 days after its end:

  • By e-mail to: hello@zentcare.pl, with the note "Promotion Complaint".

The complaint should include: the Participant’s first and last name, address, description of the complaint reason, and the claim. Complaints will be processed within [number of days] days from receipt.

§7. Personal Data
The data controller of Participants’ personal data is the Organizer.
Participants’ personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of implementing the Promotion, in accordance with data protection regulations.

§8. Final Provisions

The Terms are available on the website https://zentcare.pl/pages/regulamin-promocji-testuj-przez-30-dni-satysfakcja-albo-zwrot-pieniedzy. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Terms that do not infringe on the rights acquired by Participants.
This version of the Terms is effective from 31.07.2025
and applies exclusively to Products purchased in the online store www.zentcare.pl. Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law.
