Who writes our content

Every guide has a named author. The content is written by people who design and test our products every day, led by the brand’s founder, Aleks Barszczewski. We do not publish texts attributed to anonymous or fictional experts.

How our content is created

1. We choose topics based on real customer questions and what people search for online.
2. We write content based on knowledge of our own products and on reliable sources.
3. We edit the language and fact-check, including the devices’ technical specifications.
4. Every text undergoes internal review before publication.

Sources and reliability

We provide specifics instead of generalities. When we cite data or studies, we indicate the source. If we are not certain about something, we do not guess.

Health topics

Some of our content concerns health and hygiene. We treat these topics carefully: we explain how our devices work and how to use them, but our guides do not replace advice from a doctor, dentist, or other specialist. If a specialist recommends a specific care routine, follow their instructions.

Updates and corrections
