This neck massager is amazing. It really has some strength and truly gets in there with the massage. It's easy to wear and is adjustable to your desired strength. It comes with a strorage bag that is really nice quality too. Would make a great gift!

The ZENT Shiatsu Neck Massager with Heat states that it runs up to 90 min on a single charge. In my experience it doesn't run for that long and auto shuts down after about 15 minutes. I own several massagers and enjoy this one amongst others. It feels like a hard shoulder grab type of massage and is mainly good for that specific location and posture. The faux leather is soft and smooth, good quality but I expect peeling after a few years if it lasts. This personal neck massager surprised me right out of the box, in a good way.The storage bag alone kind of sets the tone. It’s incredibly soft, almost distractingly so, and it gives you a hint of how comfortable the whole experience is going to be.The massager itself is easy to adjust and feels well thought out. The straps are just as soft as the bag, which makes a difference when you’re using it for longer sessions.I also really appreciate that the cover is removable and washable. The heat setting is a nice touch too, adding a bit of extra relaxation without feeling overpowering. It comes with a USB cord and a manual, so setup is simple.My only downside is the “thumb” nodes, they’re a bit too rough for my liking, no matter the setting. That said, that’s more of a personal preference than a flaw in the product.It’s comfortable, easy to use, and clearly designed with user comfort in mind. If you like a deeper, more intense massage, you’ll probably love it even more than I do.

This massager with heat takes away the need for another set of hands to help work out painful stress knots!And it heats up immediately.The fingers work well to squeeze out soreness in muscles, depending on how much pressure is placed against the moving parts.I can either lean back, putting my weight again the chair, where the massager is placed, or use the handles to pull forward, allowing the massager to move along that way.It's such a handy invention!An extra feature is the material on the moving legs. It can be unzipped, removed, and washed. I would only hand-wash and air dry. There is another zipper along the body of the massager, but it doesn't come off. Being vinyl, there is nothing to wash, anyway. It's easy to wipe down with a damp cloth.I find this massager useful for more that just my neck.Guiding the handles, I can work on my back, legs and hips. I tried my head but it wasn't the right fit.And I wouldn't recommend the feet as it may be a tight squeeze.It feels like a sturdy, durable, and quality product!

It's heavy, the covering is smooth and well made and can be cleaned. It's rechargeable, and has multiple settings. There's a power button, mode button, heat button and a speed button. In order to use, place on a spot that's a comfortable area to be massaged. Power on, adjust the mode settings for mode, intensity and heat. Set a time to use it for a maximum of 10 minute sessions per the instructions. Allow device to rest 15-30 before reuse. It comes with a convenient and stylish storage case with handles. I have another neck massager with heat and probes that doesn't come anywhere near to being as nice and versatile as this massage machine. It's very durable and is adjustable to different body sizes and types.

This neck massager is awesome! It is easy to use and the buttons for settings are easy to reach when in use. It has an instruction booklet included that is simple enough to read. I was able to start using it within a few minutes, and it came charged.It recharges using a c type charging cord. I don't think it takes too long to charge, but I charge it overnight. I do wish that it lasted longer on one charge but it also advises not to use it longer than 10 minutes at a time. If you're just using it for yourself then it doesn't really matter that it doesn't hold a charge for too long. I have used it for 10 minutes at a time and then used it again soon after, though. It doesn't last much longer than that on one charge.The heat function is awesome. I believe it has two heat levels- although I can't really tell the difference between either, but that's just me. It has multiple functions for different types of kneading. It also has different speed settings. I also can't tell the difference between the two speeds. Although it's not perfect, I do love it and I do highly recommend it. This is as close as I've gotten to feeling like my massage therapist is in the room- and I get trigger point massage twice a month.It also comes with a case to store it in and that case is super convenient. With the case it is absolutely portable to take along with you. This is great- especially if you travel a lot or if you wanted to take it to work- possibly for your office.I love how the massager has two handles on it that I can use to move it around to different places on my neck and the base of my head. It also says that you can use it on places like your lower back and your your thighs and calves. I haven't tried it in those places yet. It also has a adjustable strap that you can wear around your back so that you can use it hands-free.I think it's a good value for it's for its price point. And I think it's good quality and will last a long time. I'm so happy I ordered this!

This is excellent. It works exactly as expected and is super relaxing to use. I love the handles that you can use to adjust the pressure and placement as it's working as well. The heat adds a nice touch for pain relief and to relax the muscles even further, insuring the blood is moving and all knots are disappearing.So far, I'd say I'm very impressed and hope to use it more in the future. The bonus carry case is also a nice addition, making the whole kit feel like a premium product.

This is a great neck and back massager the part that hits lower on your neck and back is great compared to similar products. This one can really dig in there if you want to if you have any knots or anything like that it’ll really work out plus it has heat you can use to really loosen up your muscles.

This is not your ordinary massager. It has a unique shape and design to cradle the back of your neck but can be used for upper back and shoulders and even hands and feet if you are creative. It is powerful and rechargeable. The shiatsu style of massage kneads deep into your muscle and flesh. It may take some adjustments to make it fit your needs and to feel more comfortable to not pinch your neck. Built real sturdy. The heat factor is a perk as well as the 3 different modes to use on yourself. Set this behind your head say on top of a sofa back to make it work for you while comfortable sitting (assuming you have a tall enough sofa back!).

This is a fantastic neck massager, especially with the addition of heat which I haven't had in one of these before. Upon opening, you find a storage bag which easily fits the massager. The bag did have a bit of a smell to it but that went away after a few days. It's a fake leather type material. I love how portable the bag makes the massager.The massager came pre charged so I was able to put it to use right away. The buttons on the side take a bit of time to figure out, but they're pretty easy to use after you do. It has different speeds and oscillations that the buttons cycle through. You can also turn the heat on and off. The heat isn't a necessary thing, but I really enjoy having it on. I also like the handle traps that help you hold the massager to the back of your neck with just enough pressure. This massager feels well made and I think it will last a long time.

Some of the higher levels are a little too intense for my neck but would be good for the back. Plus, the travel case is super nice! And I appreciate that it’s chargeable rather than being tied to an outlet. It seems like it would fit lots of different body types well. Overall, very happy with this purpose.

I ordered this Zent neck and back, heated massager because I read it’s good for loosening tight quads in between physical therapy sessions. I started using it every night when I’m watch tv. I like it so much now, that I also use it on my spine, neck, hamstrings and calves. It helps get my muscles relaxed and eases tension I wasn’t really aware of in my body.The Zent massager is very high quality and super quiet when it’s running. The battery lasts longer than I’ve ever used it in one session. I just recharge it after my daily use sessions. I don’t move around with this strapped to my body, but I could if I wanted to because it has adjustable straps kind of like a fanny pack.The size of the massager is much larger than say, a massage gun but it’s also much more relaxing and soothing. The controls are all in 2’s; 2 heat temperatures, 2 massage directions, and 2 intensity levels. It’s very easy to use.Considering that the price when I ordered it was less than the price of one in-person massage, this home massager offers truly amazing value for the money! Once I got past the novelty of a robot massager, I was pleasantly impressed and now I’m hooked on it!

The kneading from this massager feels pretty convincing, and feels a lot more natural than others I've used. The shape also fit my neck really well, and allowed it to really dig in with a decent amount of pressure. It feels great, and has been nice to sit and relax with on the couch at the end of the day.The materials have a premium feel, and the massager itself is soft and feels good against my skin, but also feels fairly durable. It doesn't seem like it's going to wear out too quickly like some of the thin fabric ones. I think the overall build quality is great.While it does have a buckle to hold it in place, I've found I prefer to just hold onto the straps.
